Construction

We offer a set of infused flat panels and mouldings, CNC computer cutting and streamlined assembly methods for vessels in the Freeflow range.

The infusion method with foam core and multiaxial fabrics ensures a very high fibre to resin ratio producing light weight and high strength on all panels, bulkheads and moulded parts.

The panels are produced in epoxy resin with one gloss face and peel ply finish on the back. They can also be supplied with a high build undercoat on the glossy face straight from the table.

There is an option to infuse the panels and mouldings with vinylester resin which allows the supply of panels & mouldings with sanding gelcoat or finished gelcoat on one side. This resin system can also speed the rate of assembly if you so desire.

The hardtop panels are pre-cambered straight from the table. The curvy saloon top on the Freeflow 66 will be stripped planked out of foam.

Rebates are provided for glass tabbing join areas with the major joins on the long panels being a pre-manufactured lap join made on the table giving a flush finish. The Freeflow's topsides have only one or two joins in their length depending on container size chosen for parts delivery as each panel can be up to 12m long.

These are combined to produce an aesthetically pleasing and efficiently assembled catamaran to get you out on the water sooner.
